Woman Dies in MA Boating Accident
Patriot Ledger: A Winthrop man will be arraigned today in Hingham District Court on charges that he was drunk at the helm of a powerboat that struck a vessel moored off Hull, Massachusetts, [on Saturday] hurling a woman into the water, where she died.
The Coast Guard said the woman, identified as Regina Mosher, 55, of Winthrop, was unconscious when she was brought ashore by the Hull harbormaster and transferred to an ambulance.
