Block Island Times: A construction crew from Alteris Renewables has been installing a Northwind 100 kW wind turbine at Fishermen’s Memorial State Park and Campground in Narragansett this week. The campground is on Route 108 near the Escape Road, and the tower is visible to anyone driving to or from the Block Island Ferry.
