Westport, MA, is Kiteboarder Heaven
EastBayRI.com: The recent February Friday dawned clear, not too cold, with west-southwest wind starting in the teens and building well into the 20s.
At Westport’s Horseneck Beach, the effect was magnetic. From around the region—north of Boston, out toward Worcester—kiteboarders packed their cars and pickups and set a course for Route 88.
