Newburyport News: City officials [in Newburyport, Massachusetts] say that they will withhold action on a plan to paint clipper ship logos on the municipal water tank on Rawson Hill until they hear from a group of residents that is questioning the wisdom of adding the artwork.

A regular meeting of the city’s water commission is scheduled for Wednesday, and no work will happen until at least then.
