EastBayRI.com: [Warren, Rhode Island] officials are still waiting to hear a salvage plan from the owner of a 23’ sailboat that sank at its mooring in the lower Warren River a week ago.

All that’s visible of the boat now is about 12’ of mast protruding from the water, and the mooring ball to which it is tied.
