New Haven Register: The town [of Old Saybrook, Connecticut] has revamped plans to improve the historic Ferry Dock on Ferry Road using a state grant it received 5 years ago.

Bonin said the first phase of the project will involve replacing woodwork and installing pilings and possibly paving a driveway.
