A new bi-annual magazine devoted to New England boating made its debut on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at the New England Boat Show in Boston, Massachusetts.

New England Boating is a big, glossy magazine that covers the waters from Long Island Sound through midcoast Maine, as well as inland lakes and rivers. Produced by a team of award-winning editors, writers and photographers, the magazine delivers vibrant, intelligent content that focuses squarely on the region’s many and varied boating venues.

New England Boating tells boaters everything they need to know about bringing their boat to a particular destination, including marinas, launch ramps, anchorages, harbormaster contacts, fishing tips and navigational advice. Also included are recommendations on restaurants, shops, and interesting things to do and see while in port.

It was a great first day at the New England Boat Show. It was also the debut of New England Boating Magazine. Subscriptions were brisk and the 168 pages are packed with over 20 destinations.
