Man Rescued in Piscataqua River
Seacoast Online: A relaxing Sunday morning at sea was not in store for 2 Dover men who rescued a man flailing around in the Piscataqua River.
Steve Muise said he and his friend Arthur Benoit went out in his 16-foot Starcraft aluminum boat to catch some stripers and bluefish. Instead, they may have saved a man’s life.
According to Muise, he and Benoit were cruising up the river when, off to the side, they spotted a man in the water.
“He was flailing in the water, flailing his arms to get our attention,” he said.
