Maine Maritime Museum to Present Voices of the Sea
To help celebrate its 50th anniversary, the Maine Maritime Museum will present a new event called Voices of the Sea in which Maine fishermen and seamen share their world and water-borne careers through poetry and music.
The event will be held at DiMillo’s On the Water on Commercial Street in Portland.

- Rockland folksinger and sailor Gordon Bok
- Stonington lobsterman Frank Gotswals
- Stefanie Alley who lobsters from Islesford
- Former Coast Guardsman-turned-folk-musician-and-humorist Kendall Morse.
