Goetz Custom Boats Property Purchased by Holding Company
Bristol Marine Holdings, LLC (BMH) has purchased the 45,600-square-foot building formerly occupied by Goetz Custom Boats in Bristol, Rhode Island.
The state-of-the-art facility will accommodate new and growing businesses in the marine trades industries, according to a release by BMH.
According to BMH, an international composite engineering and manufacturing company will be the initial anchor tenant of the facility, and will provide over a dozen new jobs. Additionally, other marine companies will be expanding into the building.
Established in 1998, BMH owns and operates, through its subsidiaries, over 30 acres of commercial real estate in Bristol, Rhode Island, currently occupied by over 40 businesses, which employ over 300 people.
