Kennebec Journal: Officials say a Coast Guard vessel rescued a Canadian man and children after their sailboat overturned in Canadian waters off eastern Maine.
Kenneth Stewart, a civilian Coast Guard search-and-rescue specialist, said the Coast Guard got a call at 11:24 a.m. Monday from Canadian authorities seeking help after the sailboat overturned in Passamaquoddy Bay.
