Black Sea Bass Season Opens in MA

The initial 2012 recreational season for black sea bass has opened in Massachusetts. From May 11 to June 24, anglers are allowed to keep 10 fish per person.
From June 25 to October 31, anglers are allowed 20 fish per person. A 14” minimum size limit applies throughout the season.
Sea bass are relatively easy to catch and make great eating.

By the way, black sea bass season opens June 15 in Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York.
