Salem News: Five men from Chelsea and Revere agreed to pay $1,000 each in court costs to resolve charges that they collected 61 short lobsters from the waters off Salem Willows in September.
An assistant Salem harbormaster, Steve Levesque, found the men at the pier late on the evening of Sept. 8. Two were putting lobsters into a cooler and 3 others were near the pier, Levesque wrote in a report of the incident.
