2012 WoodenBoat Show Starts June 29
Plans are well underway for the 21st Annual WoodenBoat Show at Mystic Seaport, June 29-July 1, 2012.
The show will once again feature a fleet of wooden boats, large and small, old and new, power, sail, row and paddle. A variety of vendors will fill the tents and grounds with products and services designed to entice wooden-boat enthusiasts, and the always-popular skills demonstrations will be held in the Shipyard.
The I Built It Myself exhibit will feature from-scratch and homebuilt kit boats, kayaks and more.
Saturday evening will feature a special tribute dinner in the Boat Shed to honor Gannon & Benjamin Marine Railway.
