Newburyport News reports that striped bass have arrived en masse along the Plum Island beaches and are making their way into the local rivers, although the action hasn’t exactly been “as easy as shooting fish in a barrel.”

According to Surfland Bait & Tackle’s Kay Moulton, seaworms have been the hot ticket in terms of natural bait.
